so, i recently mentioned my new found love for guacamole. here's another food that is surprising that i like - fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. and especially in the form of a margherita pizza. i love it! i never have liked tomatoes but now since i fell in love with this pizza, i like tomatoes even more. i guess i'm growing up :) it's made with olive oil, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes and fresh basil. it's so fresh and light, mmm... good.
